About Me

I'm Noy - a product designer who enjoys solving complex problems end-to-end, with a strong focus on improving efficiency and enabling better collaboration between people, product, and technology. My journey actually began during my military service, where I led a large-scale system implementation project - and that's where I first discovered how much I love the connection between real user needs and system-level thinking.

That passion led me to product design. Most recently, at Exon, I worked across global products and led the company's product design system across 100+ localized websites, keeping experiences scalable and consistent as the product grew. I take ownership from early discovery through implementation, grounding decisions in user research, behavioral data, and experimentation. AI has also become part of how I work throughout the design process - from early exploration and prototyping through front-end implementation.

Above all, I'm driven by systems thinking - connecting user needs, business goals, and technology into solutions that actually work.
